Transcript of
Evidence from Mitch Collins’ Inquest.
The complete
Transcript is not available on this site.
The copyright of the “Transcript of Proceedings” during
Mitch’s Inquest, is the property of the Office of the State Coroner of
Queensland. Extracts attract a significant copying fee for each of its 540
pages. Accordingly, we have not included the complete Transcript here on Mitch’s
web site. Copyright law does permit copying small sections. Accordingly, we have
included highly pertinent extracts on relevant pages of this site. We do however
possess a complete copy of the Transcript, which the former Brisbane Coroner,
Magistrate Michael Halliday, provided for our family records. Persons who were
close to Mitch are welcome to read it. Others who have constructive reasons for
reading the Transcript, are also welcome to read our copy. We can be contacted
by email from the home page of this site. Alternatively, as the Transcript is
now a public document, interested persons can apply to read it at the
Magistrates Courts Building, Cnr of George and Turbot Streets Brisbane.
The title page of the Transcript includes the following
